Jess Crippa – Practice Manager
Jess has over 20 years of experience across clinical, academic, and administrative roles, and understands how specialist medical practices work from every angle.
Her career began at the University of Sydney, where she graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Orthoptics. After years of working directly as a clinician, she moved into practice management in 2011, specializing in paediatric ophthalmology and later gaining experience in a dermatology practice.
To back her practical experience, she earned a Certificate IV in Health Administration in 2013 and a Diploma of Business in 2024. She also spent six years sharing her practical knowledge with students as a Practitioner Teacher at the University of Technology Sydney from 2019 to 2025.
Jess remains genuinely fascinated by the process of vision and believes good eyesight is vital to quality of life at any age. She is dedicated to evidence-based care and focuses on supporting doctors, clinicians, and administrative staff so they can do their best work for the patients.
