Whilst Gordon Eye Surgery are fortunate to have a large and strong group of female ophthalmologists providing services to the community, today on IWD 2024 we would like to put a spot light on one of the co-founders of the business.
Dr Sara Booth-Mason started the Gordon Eye Surgery in 1993, and has run a successful private practice for over 30 years. She has created a strong connection with general practitioners and optometrists in the area. She continues to have a reputation for being a competent and patient-focused general ophthalmologist, with particular interests in cataract, dry eye and neuro-ophthalmology. She spent many years teaching in the public hospital system, and over many years has been involved in both overseas aid programs, as well as programs to provide care to those in regional Australia.
