COVID-19 – Important Information About Attending Clinics
At Gordon Eye Surgery and Lane Cove Eye Surgery we are continuing to see patients that require ongoing care.
All visitors to our clinic are asked to wear a mask.
PLEASE ENSURE IF YOU ARE VISITING OUR PRACTICE THAT YOU CAN COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- You have not travelled overseas in the last 14 days
- You have not been in contact with a person with known Covid 19 in the last 14 days
- You are currently well and do NOT have symptoms suggestive of Covid 19 (fever, sore throat, runny nose, headache, cough)
Please also be assured that our staff are screened each day to ensure they comply with the above conditions, they are also having their temperature tested each day.

What to expect when you arrive at the clinic
When you enter the clinic, you’ll see this area to wait.
Here, you’ll be asked to use the hand sanitiser. Also, you may be asked questions to assess your risk of carrying COVID-19, and your temperature may be taken.

When you are waiting at reception, you’ll be asked to stand 1.5 metres away from the reception desk.
